TESSUTI – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Tessuti. By using our website and services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before placing any orders.

 

 

1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Returns: Pre-made items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds: After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Made-to-Order Items

  • Final Sale: Custom pieces are crafted based on your specifications and are therefore not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Alterations: We offer one complimentary alteration per custom order. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping for alterations.

  • Defects: In the rare case of a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include supporting photos. We will aim to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, store credit will be issued.

  • Unclaimed Orders: If delivery is declined or the item remains uncollected for 90 days, the order will be considered forfeited. Tessuti reserves the right to reuse, donate, or resell the item. Payments will not be refunded.

 

 

2. PAYMENT & SECURITY

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Payments are securely processed via encrypted gateways. We do not store or access your card data.

  • Charges are made once the order is ready for dispatch.

 

 

3. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

For Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 7 business days.

  • This does not include courier shipping time, which may vary.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via SMS and email.

For Custom Orders

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 15 to 24 business days.

  • Orders placed after 9:30 PM (Doha time) are processed the following business day.

  • Delivery duration depends on the courier and destination.

Additional Info

  • Promotional offers may include free delivery.

  • Gift packaging is available for an additional charge of QAR 150.

 

 

4. QUALITY & DEFECT POLICY

  • All products are subject to quality checks before leaving our workshop.

  • If a product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it, or issue store credit if needed.

 

 

5. UNACCEPTABLE USE

The following uses of our platform are strictly prohibited:

  • Any illegal or unauthorized activity.

  • Uploading harmful or malicious content.

  • Violating third-party rights, including copyright or trademarks.

  • Harassment, threats, or discrimination.

  • Tampering with the website’s security or infrastructure.

  • Using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools.

Any violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

 

 

6. PRIVACY POLICY

  • We only collect personal data necessary for processing and delivering your orders.

  • Tessuti does not sell or share your information with third parties, except for trusted services like payment gateways or shipping companies.

  • All data is managed in accordance with Qatari data privacy laws.

 

 

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

  • Users maintain full ownership of content submitted to the website (e.g. reviews or comments).

  • By submitting, you grant Tessuti permission to use, edit, or display the content in connection with our services.

 

 

8. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

  • Customers are responsible for keeping their account information secure and up to date.

  • Tessuti is not liable for unauthorized activity resulting from compromised credentials.

  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms.

 

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Tessuti is not responsible for delays, indirect losses, or any incidental damages.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or flawless operation of our website.

  • Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Qatari law.

 

 

10. INDEMNITY

You agree to defend and hold harmless Tessuti, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, legal fees, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the website or breach of these terms.

 

 

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

 

 

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

Tessuti reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
